Wisers spiced vanilla whisky

Grindcore is a subgenre of heavy metal music. Grindcore(aka grind) is a blend, a mix, of different genres such as hardcore punk, thrash metal and black metal. To put in perspective, its short blasts(40 seconds long to a minute) of distorted, lo-fi, extremely fast and brutally violent sounding music.

Low tuned guitars, played at ‘drop a’ or even as low as ‘drop b’, indecipherable, growled or shrieked, throat shredding vocals and whirlwind fast drummers playing blast beats, all to the tune of three cord punk rock riffs.

The lyric bases range from anti political views(almost always left wing), vegetarianism, medical disasters and procedures gone awry and even a little bit of comedy noire. The band names are controversial at their lightest, and follow themes of pure hatred for the norm, nihilism or dismemberment of bodies.

So, in short, we can see how this style of music can be regarded as avoidable to most, and demands to be covered up and hidden.

….just like wisers spiced vanilla whisky. aaah? See what I did there?

Alc. 43%

Typical rectangular prism blocked out by a gigantic beige colored label blatantly labeling spiced and vanilla before the wisers in recognized, which is fortunate. I would hate for this to be the only impression of wisers products.

Thick glucose and vanilla with headache inducing spice. Cinnamon.

sugar and spice. Ambiguous and incomprehensible. Sugary, thick and full of spirit. Fake flavouring clogging the palate and making it hard to judge what it is im tasting exactly. Thick with cooked sugar and glucose. A little woody expression enveloped in murky, burnt vanilla tobacco. Hot, hot cinnamon and sprinkles of other baking spice extracts. Short and horny.

Please note:
Wisers is an excellent company and one not to be taken lightly. I was given this sample and asked to review it, for what reason im not entirely sure. I really don’t see anybody sipping this neat by the fire and having anything positive to pledge about this drink.

It’s a mixer. That’s where the heart of this flavored whisky market comes in. flavored vodkas were making such a splash that it would be silly to not take a young whisky, jam in full of flavoring extracts and sugar and ship it off to the curious, or the mixer crowd. I find this to excel when mixed with a chocolate soda, or a coffee flavored soda. To me, the cinnamon and added vanilla need to bounce off other complimenting taste profiles to really shine.

i would not buy this again to sip.
